The course is an introduction to the fundamentals of Hatha yoga moving towards a flow based vinyasa practice. This is one the most popular forms of yoga from which many styles have emerged from over the years.

Included in this are: Asana – postures in yoga and their main families (standing poses, balance poses, backbends, twists, forward bends, hip openers, inversions). Also simple breathing techniques, the sun salutations, relaxation and a clear introduction to Yogic Philosophy and the Energy Body.

Suitable for complete beginners and people that haven't practiced for a few years and would like a slower practice.

Metered parking available outside (20 pence for 5 minutes). Free after 6.30pm in the evening Mon-Fri, after 1.30pm on Saturday and all day Sunday.
