Katy Appleton enjoyed a 10 year career as a dancer before devoting herself completely to yoga. She danced across the world with the Royal Ballet and English National Ballet, complimenting her dance career with the power of yoga's movements, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Katy qualified to teach yoga in 1998, after studying many different
styles with some of the world’s leading practitioners. Katy draws on
her experiences to teach her own form of yoga, known worldwide as
appleyoga. The appleyoga brand has published several yoga books and
five bestselling DVDs by Katy, she also appears regularly on Sky TV.

We are a 19 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station: head south east on Wansdown Place towards the Fulham Road then turn left on the Fulham Road. After a few minutes turn right at Holmead Road. Turn left onto the King's Road. Just after Park Walk you will see triyoga on your left.
We are a 20 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station: continue to follow Gloucester Road. Continue onto Cranley Gardens. Turn right onto Fulham Rd/A308. Take the 2nd left onto Beaufort Street. Turn right onto Chelsea Park Gardens. Turn left onto Park Walk – head south on Gloucester Rd/B325 toward Cromwell Rd/A4 and you will see triyoga on your left.
We're a 21 minute walk from Sloane Square tube station: head south west on Sloane Square towards lower Sloane Street. Turn left onto the King's Road. Follow King's Road for about 20 minutes. triyoga will be on your right just after the crossing with Beaufort Street.
We're a 23 minute walk from West Brompton train station: head north east on Old Brompton Road. Turn right at Bolton's Place. Slight left at The Boltons and straight on to Gilston road. Turn right at Fulham Road and left at Park Walk. Go straight onto the King's Road and triyoga is on your left.
