So as I make my way home now it gives the little me the chance to work with all I have come to realize, to know...
Keep surrendering to each moment....
Don't get lost in that crazy mind.....
Be present TOTALLY......
right here and now....
Not 89% with a story running in the mind
100% TOTALITY...
Oh there I go back up in that mind, so easy to be a slave to it, that what it loves, control, delusion, illusion.....
Laughing at the madness of the mind, how it wants to keep running faster and faster
Come back to the moment....
How easy it is to become the dream and the longing for more of that time or that experience or that state.....
It
doesn't matter at all, for all of those are just states that will
always come and have to pass at some stage in the life experience....
Surrender to what is always moving, no attachment to the fleeting movement up and down in that mind
Watch rather than identify.....
I have been watching my breath and how tight it becomes when I'm up in the head, identifying......
Breathe
Long full beautiful breaths.....
IN EACH MOMENT.......JUST KEEP SURRENDERING
Breath in
Breath out and surrender....
Really big ones as well
Not 60% exhale....
INHALE and YES surrender.....
Let go......
WE ARE THAT FOR WHICH WE ARE LONGING FOR......
Look at what we have created, look around......

Pure intelligence has created all of what we see, the giant movie screen that we participant in.....
We are that intelligence,
How can we not be????
It's not possible to be separate.....
Only the mind indentification makes us feel separate from the source.....
We can't be separate....We are the source.....
We are "IT"
So for all the beauty and experiences that the little me has had....Hurray.....
