Beloved angels
Here I am once more in Pune, experiencing Osho's ashram....my beautiful friend Lisa Larn is here also, in fact some of you may have had her as your teacher in the past 2 years... It's so wonderful to connect with her on her 6 month journey around the world! So we are hangin out and doing the meditations together which is fun to share the experience.
Today I was invited in the ashram to paint as a meditation, the purpose was primal, to bring out the child and watch what happens...
Wow this was super fun, they put on some wicked tunes and let us dance and then we had complete freedom to play with paint.... So what did I do??? stood in the paint and walked all over my paper with my footprints, I threw the paints from vast heights to see the explosion of colour on the paper, I flicked it, rubbed it in with hands and arms, mushed it all together and completely destroyed the pretty picture until it was a brown mess. You're not told what you can do, the sky is the limit... so the small one in me came out to play in a crazy way, which I have to say isn't that difficult and I had stupid fun with no limitations, no one to say NO to me, you can't do that, you will make a mess!!! I was covered at the end, paint everywhere!!!! I fely like a kid with chocolate all round their face just loving the FREEDOM to be.
The grown up in me came back with a force...
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh got to get this mess off, cleaning cleaning cleaning but so worth it.
I recommend it.....
Grab some paints, get in a space that you can have a mess in, maybe outdoors and GO FOR IT, very liberating I must say.....

So my lovely friends....I'm off now to get back into the noise, heat, hassle, beauty, pollution and flow that is living in India....
Speak to you soon with some more insights on my journey shortly....

Be well and stay present in the moment....

Bhagavan Das and Eckhart Tolle say it beautifully....

"Don't let the mind drag you into the ghost house of your past or the fantasy of your future"...

"being here now is where we should be, it is where we are vibrantly alive, heightened in that awakefulness"...

Breath in your life

and

try and stay awake in the present...
