Hello hello beauties, no no no I haven't got lost in India...

...just been on retreat with 14 wonderful new and old friends. Had a complete blast. What a joy to practise yoga in the open air, with the sound of the ocean and the breeze on our faces. I look forward to posting some photos of our time in the next few days now I have finally found an internet cafe.
I'm now in Anjuna and will be staying here until the end of the week, to chill out a bit and enjoy sometime to jump into my own practise at a deeper level.....only meaning that I can do yoga now for hours rather than an hour....such decadence and bliss...oh I'm a lucky girl....

Well I know the more I go in I will have some juice to share with you all...

but for now though my bed is calling me,

I send you a billion kisses from the ever colourful India
