It is suited to people who are new to teaching yoga, with a minimum 2 years yoga experience, as well as teachers who want to master The appleyoga Approach. The application process opens August 2010 on a rolling basis. Set over 11 weekends within a six month period, the London based course offers flexibility for busy schedules with intensity of learning. It provides a stimulating yoga education covering a comprehensive and relevant range of subjects taught from creative perspectives by highly experienced, knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. The course also uses unique teaching methods such as Yamuna Body Rolling to increase your somatic awareness and specially designed applepod sequences that help to create distinctive and effective classes. It is complemented by a mentoring system to build self-confidence and assist you in facing the challenges that we all experience in this beautiful thing called Life! You will also be welcomed into the appleyoga community, a wonderful support network of gatherings, online resources, yoga education and like-minded spirits!
