Refunds
appleyoga can only offer a full refund if the selected course is fully booked on receipt of payment.
appleyoga cannot offer refunds or transfer classes to another term for students who are unable to complete their course or were unable to attend the classes due to illness, work, family or other reasons. However please read the missed class details below on what can be done within that term!
Missed classes
Payment for classes is for the term booked and isn't exchangeable or transferable to other terms. Any missed classes can be made up within the term by attending one of the other classes on offer (perhaps at another location).
Teacher availability
appleyoga will make every effort to ensure that your scheduled teacher is at every class, but due to prior commitments it may be necessary to substitute another teacher for some classes. We will endeavour within a term to allow this to happen on no more than 2 out of 10 classes.
Studio policy
Arrive a few minutes earlyEntering classes late is disturbing to others. If you do arrive a few minutes late, please make sure that you don't enter if the class is chanting or in the first relaxation and then please enter as slowly and quietly as you can. Many thanks.
Practice on an empty stomachIt is recommended that you do not eat at least three hours before practice.
If a special condition prevents this, eat easily digested foods, i.e. fruit or yogurt, one hour before class.
Mobile phonesPlease help preserve the peace and be sure to turn off your mobile phone before entering the class.
