Dr. Alla Svirinskaya & Katy Appleton are a rare and distinctive
breed. Alla is a 5th generation Russian Energy Healer, with a
background in Orthodox Medicine who commands a six-month waiting list
in London. Katy was a dancer with English National Ballet and has
practiced yoga since a child. She is now a highly acclaimed Yoga
Teacher, author of many books and has created and featured in the Geri
Yoga Videos.
Alla & Katy have now combined their talents to create a formidable
team. The effects of their work are tangible, often immediate; the
success rate is astonishing. Both have long waiting lists for new
clients, have regular media publications and count many "A" list
celebrities amongst their clients.
Their combined energy and experience results in a life changing experience for participants on the retreat.
No previous experience is necessary.

7.30am-9.00am Group Yoga Class
9am Breakfast
10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm Private one-to-one sessions with Katy and Alla.
(Sessions to last 30mins each)
From 2.30pm SÁMAS Experience Spa Journey incorporating: Thermal Suite, Spa Treatment and Pure Relaxation
7pm Yoga Nidra
8.30pm Dinner
- Sunday November 9th
7am-8am Group Yoga Class
8am Breakfast
9am-1pm Private one-to-one sessions, to discuss the weekend and to formulate a personalized programme to practice on an ongoing basis.
