Following the success of Katy Appleton’s February Yoga Retreat, the renowned British Yoga guru to stars including Geri Halliwell and the Duchess of York, will return to Rangali Island from 20-30 October 2008.

Guests will have the opportunity to choose from a One, Four, Seven or Ten Day Yoga workshop, all held at the aptly-named ‘Spa Retreat’, a resort-within-a-resort set on stilts over the lagoon at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. One-on-one consultations with Katy will also be available as well as unique Yoga and Dive sessions for those looking to work on breathing techniques prior to exploring the stunning under-water scenery that surrounds the resort.

Combining, accommodation in stunning Spa Water Villas complete with mini-gym; spa treatments; Yoga classes with Katy Appleton and consultation with the resort’s Naturopath; the retreat is designed to restore mind, body and soul in a truly paradise setting.
