Kicki Hansard is a certified birth and postnatal doula with experience in all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting. During the last 8 years, she has been preparing couples for the arrival of their baby and supported many of them through the birth and postnatal period. Kicki is also a doula trainer and has trained over 200 aspiring doulas.

Founder and Director of appleyoga, Katy Appleton has been practising
yoga since 1995 and has taught internationally as a registered teacher
(E-RYT 500 level) with the Yoga Alliance since 1999.
