Through Katy's learning and own practice and experiences, she has created her own style of teaching where she can provide for any persons needs whether it be for the mind, body and spirit.

Her 1-2-1 classes are tailor made to suit the individuals needs, she uses the tools of yoga such as the postures, meditations techniques and relaxation practices, to energize, relax or calm. she also creates programmes for her clients so they can see their progression through their practice.

Her group classes are an experience of the whole range of energy cultivated in yoga from the sweaty purification of vinyasa and the tapas of standing and balance poses to the multi-dimensional opening of backbends and the release work of deep twists and hip openers and the stillness of inversions and meditation. Katy also works with world music in the classes and chanting as a means to help people syncopate with their natural rhythm and feel more at home in their skin.
