Physical items from the appleyoga Shop such as DVDs are sent within 2 business days, first class Royal Mail within the UK and by Royal Mail airmail to other destinations.
Payment for classes is for the term booked and isn't exchangeable or transferable to other terms. Any missed classes can be made up within the term by attending one of the other classes on offer (perhaps at another location).
appleyoga will make every effort to ensure that your scheduled teacher
is at every class, but due to prior commitments it may be necessary to substitute another teacher for some classes. We will endeavour within a term to allow this to happen on no more than 2 out of 10 classes.
Studio policyArrive a few minutes early
Entering classes late is disturbing to others. If you do arrive a few minutes late, please make sure that you don't enter if the class is chanting or in the first relaxation and then please enter as slowly and quietly as you can. Many thanks.
Practice on an empty stomach
It is recommended that you do not eat at least three hours before practice.
If a special condition prevents this, eat easily digested foods, i.e. fruit or yogurt, one hour before class.
Please help preserve the peace and be sure to turn off your mobile phone before entering the class.
