Katy and appleyoga are leading extraordinary retreats internationally throughout the year. They will give you a hands on, fun and personal experience - whether you are new to yoga or not, rest assured you will be well supported within the flow.

We have handpicked our retreats in places of immense beauty and culture to invoke transformation and a lightness of being, that will allow a deep respite and nurture to the very essence of your core. These are a perfect ways to deepen your yoga practice or just relax and be inspired.

To add to your retreat there are wonderful therapists offering a wide variety of treatments as well as interesting local excursions dependant on the location.

There will usually be two classes per day. The morning sessions are solar vinyasa flow, a variety of dynamic asana practices to strengthen, energize and calm both body and mind. The evening sessions are lunar in nature incorporating meditation, yoga nidra and deep relaxation.

Most importantly this is retreat is precious time for you, so set your own pace and we promise to look after you.
