These classes are the final assessment of appleyoga's trainees within their 300hr course.

Please choose as many classes as you wish below and sign up using the form. We have limited spots available in each class.

These classes are aimed at beginners plus to intermediate students, with no major injuries and not pregnant or early postnatal. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive minimum 15 minutes before your class.
