• 7 nights accommodation at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, with daily housekeeping and 24-hour security

• 7 morning Vinyasa Flow yoga sessions: 7:00–9:30 am

• 5 evening Lunar Yoga sessions: 5:00–6:45 pm (no Wednesday)

• Pre-yoga tea, coffee, or fruit

• 3 daily buffet meals: breakfast at 9:30 am, lunch 12:30–2:30 pm, dinner 7:00–8:00 pm

Fresh, Flavourful Buffets

Wellness meets great taste at Bodhi Tree's restaurant. Daily buffets—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—feature fresh, locally sourced fusion cuisine designed for all dietary needs. Enjoy vibrant salads and vegetables alongside organic chicken, fish, meat, and delicious vegan options that nourish body and taste fantastic.

Food allergies and other specific dietary requirements can be catered for.

Perched on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica's Guanacaste region, Nosara shines as one of its most cultured beach spots. Residents come together to protect stunning beaches, promote sustainability, and conserve sprawling forests.

Arrival and Departure
You would fly to:

Liberia Airport (LIR): 1-stop layover from the UK, but just a quick 2.5-hour transfer to Bodhi Tree.

San José Airport (SJO): Direct flights with British Airways—a plus! Then either 5+ hour transfer, or quicker 40-45 min domestic flight to Nosara Beach Airport (NOB) via Sansa Airlines.

Arrival & Departure

March 13th (arrival time TBC)—a gentle day to land, unwind, and adjust before your yoga retreat begins March 14th morning.
Departure is after breakfast, March 20th following a short morning practice (TBC)

Personally consider arriving a few days early to settle into Costa Rica time (6hr time change behind the UK), or extend post-retreat to deepen the experience. Contact reservations@bodhitreeyogaresort.com for early arrivals/late stays at additional cost OR book a nearby hotels/home stays to suit all price ranges!

Once you have booked your spot, you will be invited to the Logisitcs WhatsApp group, perhaps to coordinate flights and places to stay.

Nestled in nature, your accommodation at Bodhi Tree offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure amidst Costa Rica’s lush jungle. Choose from tranquil single rooms, shared twins or triples — all thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and cooling fans or air conditioning to support deep rest between practices. Each space carries the same serene, tropical feel, with warm natural materials and gentle touches of luxury to help you unwind and rejuvenate.

Please note that room types vary slightly in layout and location within the retreat centre, but all maintain the same high standard and atmosphere, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Travel & medical & trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. 

Cancellation of attendance by student

Booking & Payment
A £400 non-refundable deposit secures your place. The balance is due in instalments. If unpaid, your place may be offered to someone else and the deposit forfeited.

Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is always non-refundable. Cancellations less than 8 weeks before the retreat are non-refundable. If you cancel earlier, you’ll be refunded minus the deposit.

Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm you’re fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical concerns before booking or at least 7 days before the retreat.
