I’m reaching out to let you know about this brilliant online course that I think you will love called elixir III.

It’s a 40 day program that starts on May 20th with an additional 40 day access afterwards to complete.

It’s created by my yoga teacher Katy Appleton from appleyoga and has some incredible, cutting edge teachers and motivational speakers involved, all of which can be absorbed by you in the comfort of your own personal space!

There are four sections: Ground, Cleanse, Transform and Integrate, based around the season of Spring detox and feeling incredible ready for Summer.

There are seven practices per section (they range between 10-60mins) and 10 days to complete it, then the next section is released. There is no behind on this course, past elixir students have completed all that is offered within the 40days, others simply have found pace within the course that serves their life, remembering they actually have 80days to absorb its gold.

Amazingly there is one live call per section with Katy & Lisa, which offers a platform for questions and support through the course, as well as a private online community, where you are able to chat to the teachers and other students on the course throughout it.
