Katy Appleton, Founder & Director of appleyoga brings to yoga more than 25 years of expertise in movement through ballet, Pilates, body tuning, breath and energy work.
She is an internationally recognised teacher of Vinyasa Flow and is known for bringing the true essence of yoga alive in a student's body mind in creative, dynamic and life transforming ways.
Her teaching is biomechanically savvy whilst fun and playful, invoking a deeper embodied sense of self within a practice.
Yogacharya Kishan Shah is a practitioner of Ayurvedic Holistic Medicine, Lecturer, Teacher of Yoga, Meditation and Kalaripayyat Martial Arts based in Los Angeles. He has trained extensively in India from the Himalayas with Swami Govindananda, in Mysore with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to Kerala with Lino Miele.
His primary influences on the method of practice are within the lineages of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati Maharaj and through his living teachers Vaidya Parla Jayagopal and Gurukkal C.M. Sherif. Kishan has been trained and heavily influenced by Shiva Rea and assisted her internationally for six years.
Human, mother, intimacy and heartfulness junkie, freedom coach, entrepreneur and chocolate lover, Lisa's MO is connecting through creativity. The foundation was a daily yoga and meditation practice since her early twenties, and built upon that, coaching and the creation of online portals to broaden the reach for these nuggets of brilliance.

Ananta's life and work is dedicated to the Awakening of Human Consciousness. Her background includes diving deep at the Osho commune in Pune, India where she explored Meditation, Tantra, various forms of bodywork and Self Awareness groups for over 10 years.
She has been guiding others for over two decades to the direct recognition of our Real True Self in her retreats and Individual Meetings and is Internationally known for her unique way of seeing deeply into each individual's particular needs, becoming them, and showing the way to move out of limited ways, meet wounding in freedom, and integrate the deepest realisation through all levels of Being, this brings about greater Freedom in everyday life.
Jamie Catto - Creator, Producer / Director of the multi-award winning global 1 Giant Leap films and albums and founder member of Faithless is now leading uniquely transformative workshops and one-on-one sessions. Drawing from the richly diverse wisdom, techniques and processes he has encountered during his ground-breaking filming, recording, philosophy voyages across all 5 continents, he is weaving these creative techniques and exercises to spark both Professional and Personal breakthroughs.
Hareesh received traditional education at yoga āshrams from the age of seven in upstate New York and India in meditation, kīrtan, mantra-science, āsana, karma-yoga, and more. He currently teaches meditation, yoga darśana (philosophy), Tantrik philosophy, Sanskrit, mantra-science, and offers spiritual counselling.
Debbie is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and a Registered Nutritional Therapist with The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
She runs private clinics in Hereford and London working with complex lifestyle related disease and has a particular interest in women and children’s health.
Debbie is also a qualified Social Worker, Natural Family Planning Teacher, Auricular Acupuncturist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.
She is a visiting lecturer in Functional Medicine and complex case analysis on the Nutritional Therapy MSc at the University of Worcester, a clinical practice assessor and the regional BANT supervisor.
Debbie's passion is to help people realise how simple and easy it is to understand their bodies and how food affects them.
Sean Feit Oakes, PhD is a scholar, performer, and Buddhist teacher, researching the intersections between contemplative and creative processes.
His current work explores states of consciousness in experimental dance training and intensive meditation practice, integrating Buddhist scriptural study, trauma physiology, and social justice. He completed his PhD dissertation in Performance Studies, “‘This Very Body is the Bodhi Tree’: The Performance of Contemplative States in the Western Jhāna Revival & Contemporary Movement Theater” in 2016 at UC Davis.
25 years of contemplative training in Rinzai Zen, Burmese vipassanā, Haṭha Yoga, and Authentic Movement, with concurrent training in postmodern dance and performance art, grounds Sean’s study of subtle states.
