Show me a person disconnected from themselves and I'll show you a part of them that has long been abandoned in their earlier lives. As a coach, I offer the tools and support to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that were deemed unwelcome in our everyday emotional lives.
I work with grown-ups who don't feel all the way grown up in reconnecting to younger parts of themselves. For those of us who experienced a loss of love and lost feeling the tender parts of themselves as a way of dealing with the difficulties of life. The very nature of this part of ourselves is demandingly intuitive, always creative, and gorgeously surprising - this is the very ground upon we stand to build our most secure (and best) lives!
