Katy Appleton, the Founder & Director of appleyoga, is a renowned Vinyasa Flow teacher with over 30 years of experience in movement, including ballet, Pilates, body tuning, breath and energy work. With a background as a dancer, she brings an exceptional understanding of posture, alignment, and energetic flow to her teachings. Katy's integrated approach includes a blend of dynamic vinyasa, bhakti yoga, structured alignment, philosophy, mantra, sufi poetry, and music to create a fun and playful yet biomechanically sound practice that transforms the body, mind, and spirit.
In 1998, after a decade-long career as a dancer, Katy qualified as a yoga teacher and has since studied various styles under renowned teachers worldwide. She created the appleyoga school, offering life-changing teacher trainings, global retreats, and online courses. Additionally, Katy has authored several yoga books and award-winning DVDs for home practice, making her teachings accessible to anyone, anywhere.
Human, mother, intimacy and heartfulness junkie, entrepreneur and chocolate lover, Lisa's MO is connecting through creativity. The foundation was a daily movement medicine and meditation practice since her late teens, and built upon that, coaching and the creation of online portals to broaden the reach for these nuggets of brilliance.

To Leila, yoga practice is a matter of the heart.
Her background in therapeutic bodywork, energy healing, and teaching yoga has given her a refined view of the body as a register of the spirit, and a site of transformation.
Leila was an accidental bodyworker; having met Yamuna Zake in 2001, she found herself jumping into a deep apprenticeship with the creator of Yamuna Body Rolling and Body Logic, both deep healing modalities for the body. Before long she was the senior practitioner in residence at Yamuna Studio in Manhattan. In 2005 she moved to London to open a private practice in bodywork. In 2008 she deepened her studies, traveling to Los Angeles to study with the Anusara Yoga community there.
Leila has worked with hundreds of people to support and facilitate healing their bodies. These years of working one-on-one with people has brought her to an integral understanding of the enmeshment of body, psyche, and spirit, of the way that the subtle bodies feed the gross physical body, and that personal intention makes all the difference.
Leila is also committed to the service of underprivileged communities; she has taught yoga to at-risk youth in LA's Gangland, to toddlers who have parents suffering from terminal illness, and is an Off the Mat and Into the World Yoga in Action Leader.
Her mission is to serve people in opening to their authentic selves, through the lens of embodiment. She would like to hold the space for people to investigate themselves fearlessly; the goal being nothing more than a deeper and sweeter savouring of this Life.
Kathleen McGarry is owner of Crystalline Acu-Care in Boulder, Colorado, where she has a full-time energy medicine practice and a following of beginning and advanced meditation students, who regularly take part in her on-line classes called Stay Attuned.
She has been a healer, meditator and energy worker for over 40 years. At the age of 16, she had an Awakening, and has traveled the world to study with teachers and energy masters to hone her skills, heal her own karma, and create offerings for people seeking Union and Oneness with the Divine.
An advocate especially for women and children, Kathleen utilises the Ancient wisdom of the Chinese meridian system and is trained in multiple bodywork modalities, including Acupressure and shiatsu, Crystalline Hakasana and sound energy healing, and is a member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
Debbie is one of the few fully certified Institute For Functional Medicine Practitioners in the UK and a Registered Nutritional Therapist with The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine.
Having established her clinic in 2014 Debbie has worked with over 1000 patients and now manages her own clinical team. Her clinics in London and online specialise in complex health conditions, functional medicine and helping adults and children get to the root of what's going on.
Debbie also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, Masters Degree in Social Work with Children and Families, is a qualified life coach, NLP practitioner and has worked extensively with adults and children for 30 years.
